Fucking Verizon! They’re supposed to install Fios TV last Wednesday, but they fucked up our order. The installer said that he’ll be back the next day. We waited for him the whole day. He didn’t show up. We called Verizon. They told us that there’s is no such order from us. Bull shit! If our purchase order doesn’t exist, why the hell we have 3 brand new cable box sitting on our living room which the installer had left. Verizon fixed the order, and they said someone will be here on Monday. My husband asked for compensation, so they gave us some kiond of discount for 3 months.
Today is Monday, and the installer is not here yet. We called them again. The guy said, they installer that supposed to be here today got held. Ummmm ever hear of courtesy call to let us know that he’s not coming or he’ll be late! My husband missed work again for this bullshit! 3 days of work!! My husband told them that if no one is here by 8p, we will cancel our order.
